Awards made easy is not a slogan, it is the whole job
The goal is to make it easy for the customer, and to give the person at the end of it a piece of the event worth keeping. Ordering awards should not be the thing a promoter loses sleep over the week before the gate drops.
So the process is built to take the stress out of it. Design, proofing and revisions come with every price we quote. A lot of shops bill those separately, then bill again when you want something changed. We do not, because arguing over art fees is not how anybody wants to spend the week before their event.
The other half of it is inside the shop. Our biggest priority is a culture where the people who work here look forward to coming in, because that is what a customer actually ends up feeling on the other end.
What that means in practice
Design is included
Artwork, proofing and revisions come with the order. You are not paying setup fees on top of the piece.
You see it first
A proof lands in your inbox before anything is cut, printed or engraved. Nothing gets made on a guess.
One shop, whole event
Awards, apparel, stickers, banners, tents and signs. One contact, one deadline, one invoice.
Race day runs on stuff that shows up on time
Most of our work goes to promoters and series who have a date they cannot move. Between 750 and 1000 orders leave the shop every year. Some of them:

A lot of our work goes to motocross and off-road: series championships, finisher medals, overall trophies and number plate awards. The same process works just as well for a youth league banquet, a school assembly or a company recognition night.

Come see it
The shop is a real one and you are welcome in it. If you would rather see a sample in your hand before you commit to a hundred of them, that is a reasonable thing to want.
